The aim of the Symposium is to establish an international forum for presenting and discussing historical developments in the field of Machine and Mechanism Science (HMM). This is a third event of a Symposium series that has been started in 2000 in Cassino, Italy.

The main subject covers all aspects of MMS development (machine, mechanism, kinematics, design method,…) from technical viewpoints, concerning persons, events, things and experience and theories of MMS development, and in the form of reasoning and argumentation, demonstration and identification, description and judgment and evaluation.
